

Ernest W. Jones, along with his wife Cynthia Jones, is the founder and senior pastor of True Vine Ministries World Outreach Fellowship in Fayetteville, NC. He is also the senior serving bishop of the World Outreach Fellowship Association of Churches.
He has earned a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Biblical Studies and Clinical Pastoral Counseling and a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Pastoral Leadership. One of his most prized degrees is his Master of Arts Degree in Church History from Colorado Theological Seminary.
Dr. Jones serves as President and Senior Instructor of the True Vine Theological Seminary and as an adjunct professor with Manna University. He is a certified chaplain with the International Conference of Police Chaplains, and a lead chaplain with the Fayetteville Police Department. He also serves his community as a board of trustee member of the Cape Fear Valley Health System.
His love for leadership and providing impactful opportunities for believers to encounter God led him to launch “That Little Preacher Ministries”. Through “That Little Preacher Ministries”, he provides church consultations, leadership trainings, sermon seminars, and an annual Hungry For God Encounter Retreat.
Dr. Jones is a military veteran; a publisher author; a podcast host; recipient of numerous community awards and engaged in many other endeavors. He and his wife Cynthia have one daughter, Jessica.
